The newborn band known as A Mother Country, describing itself as “neoclassic country,” is humbly seeking help in the final stage of creating its debut album, “Motel on the Hill.” If you feel inclined to help out, we are greatly appreciative. no gift is too small, too large or two in between. Good post-twang vibes surely will follow. 

So far, parties involved in the party include founders Joe Woodard and Julie Christensen, Steve Nelson, Bill Flores, Tom Ball, Zach Gill, Sebastian Morgenroth, Brett Larson, Laura Nelson, Ellen Turner, Parry Gripp, Jesse Rhodes, and Mr. and Mrs. TBA. 

It’s a happy hootenanny with a new country posse at work. Lurking in the margins is the thematic inspiration of the historic Skyview Motel in Los Alamos. 

After more than a year of studio work, “Motel on the Hill” is getting ready to mix, master and release. Much obliged for any help in that process!
